Sources inform ''Globes'' that Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX) SVP and head of human resources Naama Maidan Gilead is leaving the company after nine years, including two at her present post. She is leaving for personal reasons.
Maidan Gilead, 41, is one of the eight-member executive committee at Amdocs. Her resignation will take effect in a few months. No successor has yet been appointed.
Prior to her current post, Maidan Gilead served in a number of posts at Amdocs, including VP human resources for three and a half years. Before joining Amdocs, she was enterprise development and training manager at Scitex (now Scailex Corp. ltd. (TASE: SCIX; Bulletin Board:SCIXF)) and served as an enterprise advisor at a consultancy firm.
In her present post, Maidan Gilead is responsible for all of Amdocs's more than 17,000 employees worldwide.
In recent months, Amdocs has fired hundreds of employees, some in Israel, due to the economic crisis and expected drop in revenue.
