Networking solutions developer Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR) today raised its revenue and profit guidance for the fourth quarter of 2009. The company expects revenue to reach a record $31-32 million, up from its previous guidance of $30 million.
Radware raised its non-GAAP earnings per share guidance for the fourth quarter to $0.19-0.21 from $0.15-0.16.
The analysts' consensus is non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.15 on $30.1 million revenue.
Radware CEO Roy Zisapel said that continued sales growth coupled with the highest gross margins in the industry has greatly boosted the company's operating profitability.
Radware's share rose 5.5% at the opening to $15, giving a market cap of $283 million.
