State Prosecutor seeks injunction against Holyland project

The request was filed as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Nidar, one of the Holyland's developers.

State Prosecutor Moshe Lador has asked the Jerusalem District Court for an injunction to halt all further construction of the Holyland residential project, in view of the police investigation into the developers. The request states, "We are already considering preventing activity on lots that have not yet been developed, in order to prevent the creation of facts of the ground."

The request for an injunction was filed as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Nidar Construction and Development Ltd., one of the Holyland's developers.
