Sources inform ''Globes'' that Israeli post production firm Gravity Ltd. has completed its full acquisition of its North American subsidiary, Rhino. Gravity previously owned 90% of Rhino, and will reportedly spend $10 million to buy the remaining shares.
Gravity, owned by Yoram Altman, is consolidating all its North American subsidiaries under one roof with the Gravity label.
Rhino creates special effects for movies and advertisements. Recent projects include special effects for "Salt", starring Angelina Jolie, and "The Other Guys", starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg. The company's advertising clients include General Electric, Dell, Mercedes Benz, and Radio Shack.
