InterCall Inc., a US conferencing services provider, has acquired Unisfair Ltd., a global provider of virtual events and business environments, for an undisclosed amount.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with an R&D center in Israel, Unisfair was founded in 2000.
Unisfair provides cloud applications for creating branded and interactive virtual environments. Products include the Virtual Classroom for training employees, and the Virtual Engagement Center to connect with customers, prospects and employees.
Investors in Unisfair include Sequoia Capital and Norwest Venture Partners
Unisfair CEO Hoang Vuong said, "Unisfair and InterCall have a shared vision to offer industry-leading technology to improve virtual communication and collaboration for companies around the world."
Unisfair's clients have included IBM, HP, and KPMG.
The company also has offices in New York and Boston.
