Some of the signing rights have been bestowed on Head of the Ramat Hanegev Local Authority Shmuel Rifman.
National lottery Mifal Hapayis chairman Uzi Dayan has had some of his signing rights stripped from him by the board of directors. In-fighting at the top has resulted in the board bestowing some of those signing rights on Head of the Ramat Hanegev Local Authority Shmuel Rifman.
In a stormy board of directors, the motion to strip Dayan of his powers was led by Local Authorities chairman Shlomo Bohbot. The move follows a dispute between Dayan and the members of the board from the local authorities who were appointed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last May.
The essence of the dispute is the appointment of a new director general and how budgets should be divided.
