Sigal Rozen-Rechav and Shaul Kotler have been appointed liquidators of the electric car venture's US parent, Better Place Inc., and its Swiss arm, Better Place GmbH.
Central District Court Judge Ilan Shiloh has appointed Better Place Israel liquidators Adv. Sigal Rozen-Rechav and Adv. Shaul Kotler as liquidators of the electric car venture's US parent company, Better Place Inc. and its Swiss arm, Better Place GmbH. Better Place GmbH owns Better Place Inc.'s intellectual property, which was developed by a Better Place Israel company.
The appointment was made at the liquidators' request to enable consolidation and saving the Swiss and US companies' assets until the liquidators' petition to liquidate in Israel.This will prevent the global dispersal of Better Place's companies and concentrate all their affairs in a single legal proceeding.
