The Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz law firm has promoted five attorneys to partners and hired six new lawyers, eight months after the Pearl Cohen patent lawyers and law firm merged with the Baratz law firm. The merged firm now has 110 lawyers and patent attorneys, including 42 partners.
The new partners are Maria Berkovitz, an expert in public offerings in Israel, private placements and debt financing arrangements; Idan Frydman, an expert in patent prosecution and litigation; Gideon Goldstein, an expert in commercial litigation; Michael Nussbaum, an expert in finance and complex international commercial transactions, especially in high tech; and Dr. Jonathan Passner, a member of the Life Sciences Group in Pearl Cohen’s New York office.
The six new attorneys are Etty Avneri, Naama Ben-Bassat, Nadav Gazit, Maayan Weizman, Avishag Levy, and Ya'er Tavor.
