Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 110-sq.m. four-room penthouse apartment on Nayot St. was sold for NIS 2.97 million. A 85-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment on Hatayasim St. in Kiryat Shmuel was sold for NIS 2.82 million (Forsale Real Estate Marketing). A 65-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Tzeelim St. in Gilo was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 160-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Eliyahu Hakim St. was sold for NIS 2.67 million (RE-MAX).
Tel Aviv and central region
Kfar Saba: A 96-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.64 million (RE-MAX - ONE).

Netanya: A 83-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Hartum St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.38 million. A 90-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Dizengoff St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, seventh floor roof apartment with a 100-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Lieber St. in the Kiryat Hasharon neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.69 million. A 140-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Ehud Manor St. in the Ir Yamim neighborhood in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.58 million. A 128-sq.m., five-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and covered parking on Andreas St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 85-sq.m. three-room, 12th floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Bar Nissan St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yisrael Galili St. in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 76-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Moshe Sharet St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 525,000. A 105-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Chen St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 912,000. A 76-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tverya St. in the city center was sold for NIS 820,000 (RE-MAX - Plus).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Gershom St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,600 per month (RE-MAX - 100%).

Netanya: A 125-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Benny Binyamin St. in the west of the city was leased for NIS 5,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
