Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 60-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a 108-sq.m. private roof area, but no elevator and no parking on Hezkiyahu Hamelekh St. in Old Katamon was sold for NIS 2.2 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Holon: A 60-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment on Sokolov St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment on Eilat St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 920,000. A 120-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Yitzhak Rabin St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million (Keller Williams).

Bat Yam:A renovated 114-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Arlozorov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A renovated 55-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment on Berl Katznelson St. in the Bayit Vegan neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, first floor apartment on Perlstein St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.19 million (Re-Max - Evenav).

Kfar Saba: A 118-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment, with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Simtat Dia in Kfar Saba Tzira in the north of the city. A 93-sq.m., four-room, garden apartment with a garden and parking on Shlomo Hamelekh St. in the Yoseftal neighborhood in the east of the city.

Ramle: A 93-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator on Moshe Sharet St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.22 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Dalia Ravikovitz St. in Kiryat Haomanim in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.54 million. A 87-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony, with parking on Nachshol St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.27 million. A 106-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tzahal St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.06 million (Keller Williams).

Modi'in:A 120-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony, storage room, parking but no elevator on Emek Beit Shean St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 137-sq.m., four-room, first floor garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. garden, storage room, elevator and parking on Tishrei St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for 2.16 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 70-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ha'avoda St. was leased for NIS 8,200 per month (Home Place).
