Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 117-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment without elevator but with parking on Shalom Aleichem St. was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 101-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Simtat Hayasmin was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 60-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment without an elevator or parking on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.02 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon:A renovated 115-sq.m., three room, second floor apartment without an elevator or parking on Hapalmach St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A renovated 100-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment without an elevator but with a parking space on Kadman St. was sold for NIS 1.56 million. A 120-sq.m. five room, third floor apartment with a security room, elevator, parking and storage room on Yochai Bin Nun St. was sold for NIS 2.08 million (RE/MAX-Avnion).
Kfar Saba:A 180-sq.m. six room, duplex with a 60-sq.m. balcony, two parking spaces and storage room on Nehama Hendel St. was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 115-sq.m. 3.5 room, first floor apartment with elevator, parking, and balcony, in need of renovation on Moshe Dayan St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.28 million (Shlomi Reuven the realestate)

Rentals
Tel Aviv: A 100-sq.m. 4 room, fifth floor apartment on Zamir Emmanuel St. was leased for NIS 4,800 per month. A 60-sq.m. 2-room apartment on Frishman St. was leased for NIS 3,500 per month. A renovated 160-sq.m., six room house with 20-sq.m. balcony on Bilu St. was leased for NIS 6,500 per month.
