Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan:A 60-sq.m., two room apartment on one of the top floors of City Tower on Menachem Begin St. was sold to French foreign residents who are considering immigrating to Israel for NIS 1.515 million.

Ra'anana: A 78-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment in a building due for a Tama 38 earthquake retrofit on Asir Tzion St. was sold for NIS 1.39 million. A 173-sq.m. A 173-sq.m., six-room, fourth floor duplex with a storage room, separate grandparents unit, security room, and two parking spaces on Halotus St. was sold for NIS 3.32 million (RE/MAX - ONE).

Ness Ziona: A 114-sq.m. 2.5-room house on a 500-sq.m. lot with parking and a storage room on Geula St. was sold for NIS 2.13 million. A 92-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hal"b St. was sold for NIS 1.324 million. A 133-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator, storage room and two parking spaces on Sadot St. was sold for NIS 2.65 million. A 132-sq.m., five-room, garden apartment on a 260-sq.m. lot with a storage room and two parking spaces on Hoshen St. was sold for NIS 2.63 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Safed:A 180-sq.m., six-room apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony on Harabi Milovevich St. in the Canaan neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room, ground floor apartment on Lohamei Gettaot St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 849,000 (Tivuch Sofer).

Rentals
Jerusalem: A 82-sq.m. 3.5-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Haportzim St. in Old Katamon was leased for NIS 5,500 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, garden apartment with a balcony, and 15-sq.m. garden with an elevator but no parking on Washington St. in Talbieh was leased for NIS 10,000 per month.
Safed: A renovated 40-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with a garden on Barkat St. in Neve Oranim was leased for NIS 1,700 per month. A renovated 72-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment on Lohamei Gettaot St. in the south of the city was leased for NIS 1,700 per month. A renovated 60-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment on David Remez St. was leased for NIS 1,900 per month (Tivuch Sofer).
