A selection of the latest real estate deals in Israel including Jerusalem, Ra'anana, Ramat Gan, and Safed.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 90-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hahayil St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.57 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Avtalyon St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.06 million. A 30-sq.m., one-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hadar St. in the Gefen neighborhood was sold for NIS 900,000. A 98-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Givatayim: A 130-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shimon Ben-Zvi St. was sold for NIS 3.02 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Rambam St. was sold for NIS 1.26 millon. A 109-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on HaL"H St. was sold for NIS 2.17 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ra'anana: A 143-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with a 221-sq.m. garden on a cul-de-sac Hacharitzat St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 3 million. A 62-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment with balcony, storage room, and parking on Haprachim St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.53 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Hadera: A renovated140-sq.m., five room, second floor apartment on Ahad Ha'am St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.12 million (RE/MAX-MIKZOANIM).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 80-sq.m. 3.5-room, garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. garden on Sapir St. in Neve Oranim in the south of the city was sold for NIS 670,000. A 99-sq.m. 4.5-room duplex on the second and third floors with two balconies covering 15-sq.m. on Mordechai Anilevich St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 825,000. A renovated 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment on Hagolan St. in Ramat Razim in the east of the city was sold for NIS 580,000.

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 137-sq.m., 5.5-room, fifth floor apartment, with 15-sq.m. sun balcony, with elevator, two parking spaces, storage room, in two-year old building at Mishkenot Hauma (by Binyanei Ha'Uma) on Abba Eban St. was leased for NIS 8,500 per month (Eliezer Even). A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Rabbi Zadok St. in Katamonim was leased for NIS 2,800 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 57-sq.m. two-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Arnon St. was leased for NIS 4,000 a month (RE/MAX-FOCUS).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 55-sq.m. three room, first floor apartment on Lohamei Hagettaot St. in the south of the city was leased for NIS 1,700 per month. (Tivuch Sofer).
