Jerusalem: A 95-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with two parking spaces but no elevator on Simcha Holtzberg St. in Pisgat Zeev was sold for NIS 1.43 million. A 57-sq.m., 2.5-room, ground floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Zondak St. in Ramot was sold for NIS 1.22 million. A 95-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Giladi St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 2.32 million. A 64-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Shahal St. in Givat Mordechai was sold for NIS 1.27 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 95-sq.m., 3.5-room, ground floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Herzl Boulevard in Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.2 million (RE/MAX-Hazon).

Ramat Gan: A 110-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking on Moshe Sharet St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.93 million. A 100-sq.m., three- room, third floor apartment on Shilo St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.71 million (RE/MAX 100%).
Ramat Hasharon: A 135-sq.m. six-room, third floor garden apartment with a 65-sq.m. balcony and with an elevator, parking and storage room on Ha'avoda St. in the Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.35 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room, third floor garden apartment with a 75-sq.m. balcony and with an elevator, parking and storage room on Yiftach St. in the Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.02 million. A 120-sq.m. five-room, garden apartment with a 65-sq.m. balcony and with an elevator, parking and storage room on Eli Cohen St. was sold for NIS 3.33 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera: A 75-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Harav Herzog St. was sold for NIS 780,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with balcony and parking on Shektzer St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 860,000. A 75-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator on Yitzhak Ben Tzvi St. in the Peer neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 700,000. A 135-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator, parking and balcony on Nahal Prat St. in the Denya neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.29 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator on Shektzer St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 750,000 (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).
Rentals
Hadera A 100-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator, parking, and balcony on Hatzukim St. in the Ein Hayam neighborhood in the southwest of the city was leased for NIS 6,121 per month (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).
