Tel Aviv: A renovated 98-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with storage room and two parking places on Uri Zvi Greenberg St. was sold for NIS 3.1 million
Kfar Saba: A renovated 169-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor penthouse apartment with a 25-sq.m. balcony on Avraham Keren St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.07 million. A 92-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking on Hamyesadim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a sun balcony, security room, elevator and parking on Emek Horon St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 108-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Beilinson St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 120-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Trumpledor St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.67 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Hod Hasharon: A 107-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Herzl St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A 206-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with a 70-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hahklai St., a cul-de-sac in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.56 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 330-sq.m., five-room house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a basement on Shamgar Ben-Anat St., a cul-de-sac in the Efron neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 4.71 million (Sharvit Properties).
Modi'in: A 180-sq.m., 5.5-room house with a 90-sq.m. garden and parking on Leah Amenu St. in the Moriah neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.75 million (Shumacher Group Real Estate).

Jerusalem: A 82-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, covered parking, and storage room on Zevulun Hammer St. in Kiryat Leum was leased for NIS 5,100 per month (Eliezer Even). A 30-sq.m., 2-room, fourth floor apartment with a 5-sq.m. balcony on Shabtai Hanegbi St. in Gilo was leased for NIS 2,650 per month. A 300-sq.m., five-room house on a 480-sq.m. lot with a 300-sq.m. garden with parking on Hazayit St. in Har Gilo was leased for NIS 7,350 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
