Ramat Gan:A 60-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.29 million. A 70-sq.m. two-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ha'ro'eh St. was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 80-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hasar Moshe St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.74 million (RE/MAX-Focus).

Givatayim:A 57-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment on Hahistadrut St. was sold for NIS 1.6 million (RE/MAX-Spirit). A 86-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hama'avak St. was sold for NIS 2.25 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Bat Yam: A 105-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Klausner St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 70-sq.m., 2.5- room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hapoel St. a 65-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hahagana St. in the city center was sold for NIS 960,000. A 100-sq.m., 4.5-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Machrozet St. was sold for NIS 1.12 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rishon Lezion: A 75-sq.m., three-room, sixth floor apartment with a 38-sq.m. balcony, with an elevator and parking on Natan Bernitzky St. in the Remez neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.53 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Natan Bernitzky St. in the Remez neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 188-sq.m., eight-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with a 15-sq.m. balcony on Yosef Raviz St. in the Neve Hillel neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.88 million. A 280-sq.m., seven-room house on a 480-sq.m. lot on Kuznack Shimon St. in the Nobel Prize neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.1 million. A 280-sq.m., five-room house on a 300-sq.m. lot on Gelman Morey St. in the Nobel Prize neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.15 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Netanya:A 160-sq.m., six-room, 21st. floor apartment with a storage room, elevator, and two parking places on Zalman Shazar St. in the Ir Yamim neighborhood in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 3 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan: A 80-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shderot Congress was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
Givatayim: A 93-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hameri St. was leased for NIS 4,100 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
