Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 110-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with storage, elevator and two parking places on Avraham Fererra St. in the Holyland complex was sold for NIS 2.08 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Moshe Kol St. in Ramat Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.41 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room, first floor garden apartment with a 35-sq.m. balcony, 200-sq.m. garden, with a storage room, elevator and parking on Shmarayahu Levin St. in Kiryat Yovel was sold for NIS 2.45 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 107-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with a 80-sq.m. garden (not registered at the Land Registry) no elevator and no parking on Fabrigat St. was sold for NIS 1.74 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 112-sq.m., five-room, eleventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Evenei Hahoshen St. was sold for NIS 2.28 million (RE/MAX/FOCUS).

Givatayim: A 125-sq.m. five-room apartment with a 17-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Hameri St. was sold for NIS 2.98 million. A 75-sq.m., three-room apartment on HaLamedHeh St. was sold for NIS 1.6 million (French Real Estate). A 100-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and parking was sold for NIS 2.89 million (Levy Yitzhak).

Holon: A 60-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on hahistadrut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 930,000 (RE/MAX-Excellence). A 85-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment on Hatzionut St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.29 million. A renovated 70-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Mifratz Shlomo St. was sold for NIS 1.3 million.

Ra'anana: A 117-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony on Hagalil St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.96 million (RE/MAX-ONE)

Pardes Hanna - Karkur: A 118-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Neta St. in the north of the town was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 225-sq.m., seven-room house on a 500-sq.m. lot with a 40-sq.m. balcony and parking on Alon St. in the Neve Tut neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.12 million. A 200-sq.m., seven-room house on a 640-sq.m. lot with a storage room and two parking spaces on Alon St. in the Neve Tut neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.37 million. A renovated 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Derekh Habanim St. was sold for NIS 930,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 40-sq.m., one-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Derekh Negba St. was leased for NIS 2,850 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
