Tel Aviv: A 360-sq.m., 7-room, semi-detached house on a 580 sq.m. plot on Migdal Shorshan St. in Tel Baruch neighborhood, in the northeastern part of Tel Aviv, was sold for NIS 12.95 million. A 125-sq.m. 5-room, eighth floor apartment with parking, an elevator, 8-sq.m. balcony and 6-sq.m. storage room on Hanna Robina St. in Tel Baruch North neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.6 million (Great Land). A 75-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment in need of renovation with no parking or elevator on David Tidhar St. in Hatikva neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 98-sq.m., 4.5-room house in need of renovation on a 150 sq.m plot on Ayanot St. in Yad Eliyahu neighborhood in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million (Re/Max-Ocean).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 75-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment in need of renovation with a storage room but no parking and no elevator on Hatishbi St. in Ramat Hatishbi neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 80-sq.m., 3-room, ground floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Hapalmach St. in Romema neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.14 million. A 65-sq.m., 3.5-room, fourth floor renovated apartment with no parking and no elevator on Hannah Szenes St. in Ramat Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 870,000. (Anglo-Saxon)
Tiberias: A 75-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Shikun Hadayagim St. was sold for NIS 520,000. A 74-sq.m., 3-room, first floor renovated apartment with no parking and no elevator on Pika St. was sold for NIS 480,000. (Anglo-Saxon)

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 45-sq.m. 2-room ground floor apartment on Pinkas St. in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 3,900 per month. (Re/Max-Ocean) A 125-sq.m., 5-room, second floor apartment with two elevators, parking and storage room on Yehuda Burlah St. in Lamed neighborhood in the northwestern part of the city was rented for NIS 7,250 per month (Mangal Real Estate).
Ramat Hasharon: A 120-sq.m. 4-room, ninth floor apartment with two parking lots, an elevator and a 6-sq.m. storage room and a balcony on Hasadot St. in Neve Gan neighborhood was rented for NIS 7,800 per month (Great Land).
Ness Ziona: A 140-sq.m. 4-room, seventh floor penthouse with a 100-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, two underground parking spaces and a storage room on Hashiryon St. was rented for NIS 8,000 per month.. A 228-sq.m. 6-room home on a 250-sq.m. plot with a basement and parking on Hasayfan St. in Neve Iris neighborhood in the northwest of the city was rented for NIS 8,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Dimona: A 74 sq.m. 3-room, first floor apartment on Matityahu Hacohen St. in Yoseftal neighborhood was rented for NIS 1,700 per month (Re/Max-Nova).
