A 114-sq.m., 4-room, third floor renovated apartment on Ahad Ha'am St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 65-sq.m., 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment with a security room, a balcony, parking and storage room, in a building with a gym and a swimming pool on Ha'prachim St. in the southwestern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 154-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment on Shvil Ha'zahav St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.54 million. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment on Bialik St. in the southeastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.59 million (Re/Max-One).
Netanya:A 126-sq.m., 5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hashiv'a St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 125-sq.m., 4-room, eighth floor renovated apartment with an elevator and parking on Jabotinsky St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 125-sq.m., 5-room, third floor duplex with an elevator and parking on Tchernichovsky St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.01 million. A 67-sq.m., 2-room, third floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Janusz Korczak St. in Kiryat Nordau neighborhood was sold for NIS 855,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

A 61-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Ha'meri St. was sold for NIS 1.61 million A 60-sq.m., 2-room, second floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Katznelson St. was sold for NIS 1.38 million. A 60-sq.m., 2-room, second floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Ein Gedi St. was sold for NIS 1.43 million. A 120-sq.m., 4.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Dganim St. was sold for NIS 2.25 million (Re/Max-100%).
Hod Hasharon:A 130-sq.m., 4-room, twelfth floor apartment with a balcony and covered parking, which is part of the 200 Complex on Zalman Shazar St. was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 120-sq.m., 4.5-room third floor apartment with a balcony on Trumpeldor St. in Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.12 million (21st Century).
