Ramat Gan:A 74-sq.m., 3-room, second floor renovated apartment without parking, a balcony or an elevator, on Hama'agal St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million.
Kfar Saba:A 107-sq.m., 3-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 75 sq.m. garden, two parking spaces and a storage room on Hacarmel St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.04 million. A 118-sq.m., 4-room, fifth floor partially renovated apartment on Rothschild St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.74 million A 90-sq.m., 3-room, fourth floor apartment on Aharonovitch St. in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 84-sq.m., 3.5-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and shared parking on Hamefales St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.45 million (Re/Max-One).
Herzliya:A 110-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, parking, an elevator and a security room on Emma Tauber St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.23 million. A 230-sq.m., 7-room house on a 250 sq.m. plot with parking on Hadekel St. in Gan Rashal neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.59 million. A 242-sq.m., 7-room house with parking on a 216 sq.m. plot on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.62 million. A 140-sq.m., 5-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, an elevator, parking, storage room and security room on Rashi St. was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Hasharon:A 150-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor mini-penthouse with 112 sq.m. balconies, two parking spaces, an elevator and a 6 sq.m. storage room on Hasadot St. in Neve Gan neighborhood was sold for NIS 5.03 million. A 146-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor mini-penthouse with 35 sq.m. balconies, two parking spaces, an elevator and a 6 sq.m. storage room on Hasadot St. in Neve Gan neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.9 million (Great Land).
Rehovot:A 70-sq.m., 3-room, semi-detached house on a 375 sq.m. plot with parking on David Kochavi St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 90-sq.m., 3-room house on a 375 sq.m. plot with parking on Amichai Klivner St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.04 million. A 120-sq.m., 5-room sixth floor apartment in need of renovation with an elevator and two parking spaces on Hanassi Harishon St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.6 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A 105-sq.m. 4-room seventh floor apartment with parking and security room on Yehuda Burla St. in Lamed neighborhood in the northern part of the city was leased for NIS 8,000 per month. (Re/Max-Ocean) A 85-sq.m., 3-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yocheved Ben Miriam St. in Tel Baruch North neighborhood was leased for NIS 6,500 per month (Great Land).
