A 118-sq.m., 4-room, fifth floor partially renovated apartment on Rothschild St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.74 million A 90-sq.m., 3-room, fourth floor apartment on Aharonovitch St. in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 84-sq.m., 3.5-room, eighth floor apartment with an elevator and shared parking on Hamefales St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.45 million (Re/Max-One).
Herzliya:A 110-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, parking, an elevator and a security room on Emma Tauber St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.23 million. A 230-sq.m., 7-room house on a 250 sq.m. plot with parking on Hadekel St. in Gan Rashal neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.59 million. A 242-sq.m., 7-room house with parking on a 216 sq.m. plot on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.62 million. A 140-sq.m., 5-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, an elevator, parking, storage room and security room on Rashi St. was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

A 146-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor mini-penthouse with 35 sq.m. balconies, two parking spaces, an elevator and a 6 sq.m. storage room on Hasadot St. in Neve Gan neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.9 million (Great Land).
