Tel Aviv and central region
Petah Tikva:A 65-sq.m., 3-room, renovated third floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony, a security room, parking and an elevator on Hashofet Brandeis St. in the Neve Maoz neighborhood in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.23 million. A 144-sq.m., 6-room, 16th floor apartment with an elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Harav Yeshayahu Meshorer St. in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.12 million. A 182-sq.m., 6-room duplex with a 12 sq.m. balcony, a 70 sq.m. roof balcony, three parking spaces, an elevator and a storage room on Yitzhak Ben-Zvi St. in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.6 million. A 111-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Nordau St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A 76-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Hahistadrut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.2 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Gan:A 105-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Haaliya Harishona St. in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood, in the southeast of the city, was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 117-sq.m., 6-room, third floor roof apartment with no parking or elevator on Had Ness St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.19 million. A 90-sq.m., 4-room first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Zabotinski St. in the northern part of the city sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 128-sq.m., 5-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Aluf Nehamya Tamari St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 90-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Haroe St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 76-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Herzl St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Re/Max-Focus).
Kfar Saba:A 125-sq.m., 5-room, ground floor garden apartment with a security room on Geula St. in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.15 million (Re/Max-One).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv:A 110-sq.m., 4-room apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony on Aharon Becker St. in the Tel Baruch neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,300 (Ofek Real Estate).
Holon: A 70-sq.m. 2.5-room, second floor apartment not facing the street, with parking, on Shenkar St. in city center was leased for NIS 3,350 per month (Eran Drori Real Estate).
Ramat Hasharon: A 110-sq.m. 4-room apartment with a 12 sq.m. balcony on Hasadot St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,500 per month (Ofek Real Estate).
Jerusalem region
Jerusalem: A 100 sq.m. 4-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Arie L.Kubowy St. in the Ramat Denya neighborhood in the western part of the city was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
