Tel Aviv:A 30-sq.m., 2-room, third floor apartment on Mordei Hagetaot St. in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood was sold for NIS 900,000. A 67-sq.m., 3-room apartment with an elevator on Bar-Lev St. in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.3 million (Re/Max-Diamond).
Ramat Gan:A 51-sq.m., 2-room, fifth floor apartment with a 10 sq.m. balcony on Bialik St. in the Shenkar neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.84 million. The apartment will be leased to the sellers for six months for NIS 5,300 per month. (Ewave Resale Department). An 80-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Ma'ale Hatzofim St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.55 million. An 88-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Hama'agal St. was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 130-sq.m., 5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hanachal St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.9 million. A 65-sq.m., 2-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Natan St. was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 95-sq.m., 4-room, first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Hasar Moshe St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.92 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Hasharon:A 125-sq.m., 5-room, third floor apartment with a 16 sq.m, balcony on Haganim St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.85 million. A 115-sq.m., 4-room, fifth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m., balcony on Haprachim St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.4 million (Ofer Real Estate). A 123-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with parking, an elevator, a storage room and a 17 sq.m, balcony on Menachem Begin St. in the Morasha neighborhood in the southeastern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.27 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Kfar Saba:A 240-sq.m., 6-room house on a 300 sq.m. plot with a basement and a security room on Eli Cohen St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 150-sq.m., 5-room, first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Sokolov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.83 million. A 133-sq.m., 4.5-room, renovated first floor apartment on Gordon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.91 million. A 120-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with covered parking and an elevator on Ma'anit St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 75-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with a security room on Shlomo Hamelech St. in the city Yoseftal neighborhood in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.19 million (Re/Max-One).
