Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ra'anana:A 245-sq.m., 6.5-room house in need of renovation on a 372 sq.m. plot with two parking spaces on Akiva St. in the northeastern part of the city was sold for NIS 3.94 million (Re/Max-One).
Ashdod:An 80-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, no elevator and shared parking on Assa Hamelech St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 78-sq.m., 3-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Harav Shauli St. in the Dalet neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.16 million. A 122-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Haatzmaut St. in the Hakirya neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.54 million. An 86-sq.m., 3-room, seventh floor apartment with an 18 sq.m. balcony, parking and an elevator on Rehavam Hamelech St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 90-sq.m., 3-room, eighth floor apartment with a 10 sq.m. balcony, parking and an elevator on Nachal Lahish St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.46 million. A 115-sq.m., 5-room, first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Yehoshafat Hamelech St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.48 million. A 58-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hassan Ben-Gera St. in the city center was sold for NIS 960,000. A 110-sq.m., 4-room, ground floor garden apartment with parking on Hizkiyah Hamelech St. in the Yud Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.84 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Beersheva:A 80-sq.m., 3-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Avigdor Hameiri St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood was sold for NIS 760,000. A 170-sq.m., 6-room, house with parking on I. L. Peretz St. in the Hatzerim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.81 million. An 80-sq.m., 4-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Mishol Sukkot St. in the Dalet neighborhood was sold for NIS 715,000. A 90-sq.m., 4-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Rashi St. in the Dalet neighborhood was sold for NIS 625,000 (Re/Max-Plus).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan:A 120-sq.m., 4-room, tenth floor apartment with double parking and an elevator on Rimlat St. in the city center was leased for NIS 6,200. A 50-sq.m., 2-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Haem St. in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood was leased for NIS 3,300 (Re/Max-Focus).
Netanya: An 82-sq.m., 3-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Smilansky St. was leased for NIS 3,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 58-sq.m., 2-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Paran St. in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood in the northern part of the city was leased for NIS 4,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
