Tel Aviv: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with rights to build 130-sq.m. and 40-sq.m. on the roof on Kehila Warsaw St. in Hadar Yosef was sold for NIS 2.8 million (Ackerman Real Estate).
Herzliya: A 130-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hanna Senesh St. in the Neve Yisrael neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.73 million. A 91-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with a 18-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking in a building being converted to TAMA 38 on Yigal Alon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 80-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Kuk St. was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, with an elevator and parking on Emma Tauber Friedman St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.89 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 100-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Sokolov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.63 million (RE-MAX - ONE).
Hod Hasharon: A renovated 150-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, two parking spaces and elevator on Hatavas St. in the Ramot Menachem neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.71 million. A 200-sq.m., six-room, penthouse in need of repair, with a 30-sq.m. balcony, and two parking spaces on Shaknai St. in Ramot Menachem was sold for NIS 2.96 million. A renovated 140-sq.m., six-room garden apartment with a 200-sq.m. garden and two covered parking spaces on Haodem St. in the Green Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.32 million. A 115-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment, scheduled for TAMA 38 on Habanim St. in the Ramatayim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.87 million (Sharbit Properties).
Rehovot: A 87-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, 5-sq.m. storage room, elevator and balcony on Hanasi Harishon St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.98 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment in need of renovation with an elevator and parking on Shin Ben-Tzion St. was sold for NIS 1.68 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Yona: A 160-sq.m., six-room, semi-detached house on a 250-sq.m. lot on Topaz St. in the Tzvait neighborhood in the southeast of the city was leased for NIS 5,500 per month. A 80-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Harav Kuk St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 4,200 per month. A renovated 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Kuk St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 3,800 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
