A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel including in Jerusalem, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Modi'in, Netany and Beersheva.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 80-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an 11-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Yehudit St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 110-sq.m, four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and shared parking on Arlozorov St. was sold for NIS 1.74 million. A 130-sq.m., four-room house on a 500-sq.m. lot on with parking on Gidon St. in Tel Ganim was sold for NIS 4.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Givatayim: A 59-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Sheinkin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.46 million. A 77-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Ha Lamed Hed St. was sold for NIS 1.97 million (Re-Max - 100%).

Modi'in: A 92-sq.m. four-room, garden apartment with a 105-sq.m. garden on Inbar St. in the Evenei Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.46 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Almogen St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 93-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator on Haharatzit St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 126-sq.m., five-room house with a storage room, parking and 46-sq.m. garden on Hayahalom St. in the Evenei Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.15 million (Keller Williams).

Netanya: A 290-sq.m., 5.5-room house on a 520-sq.m. lot with a swimming pool and large garden surrounding the house with a separate housing unit of 80-sq.m. including separate entrance on Winston Churchill St. in the Pardes Hagdud neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 3.6 million.

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 70-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. in the Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 615,000. A 100-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Haarim Hateumot Boulevard in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 112-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Michael Hanegbi St. in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 118-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Roberto Baki St. in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million (Re-Max Plus).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem : A furnished 75-sq.m., 2.5-room, fifth floor apartment with a 5-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. in Talbieh was leased for NIS 5,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Netanya: A 230-sq.m., seven-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot on four levels with a basement and parking on Hasigalit St. in Ramat Poleg was leased for NIS 7,900 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
