A selection of recent deals in the residential real estate market.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Hasharon: A renovated 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Golomb St. in the Hadar quarter was sold for NIS 2.42 million. A 110-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Averbuch St. in the Hadar quarter was sold for NIS 2.97 million. A renovated 160-sq.m. five-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot on Yaakov Cohen St. was sold for Nis 4.25 million. A 150-sq.m. 4.5-room house on a 220-sq.m. lot needing renovation on Yaakov Cohen St. was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Holon: A 70-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment on Har Hatzofim St. was sold for NIS 935,000 (RE/MAX-Evnon).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem:A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator, parking, a storage room and sukkah balcony on Kibbutz Galuyot St. in Ba'ka was sold for NIS 2.4 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa:A 80-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment on Hayarden St. in Neve Sha'anan was sold for NIS 425,000. A 155-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Mivtza Yehonatan St. in Ahuza was sold for NIS 1.66 million. A 113-sq.m. five-room, ground floor apartment with a security room, storage room and parking on Yaakov Solomon St. in Neve Sha'anan was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 65-sq.m. 2.5-room, third floor apartment with a balcony on Hatzionut St. in Hadar was sold for NIS 560,000 (RE/MAX-CITY).
Pardes Hanna-Karkur: A 234-sq.m. seven-room house needing renovation on a 470-sq.m. lot with a 30-sq.m. balcony, two parking spaces on Alon Street in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2 million. A renovated 75-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking shared with neighbors in the building and no elevator on Tehiya St. in Neve Pardasim was sold for NIS 630,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Holon: A 85-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (RE/MAX-Evnon).

Haifa and the north
Pardes Hanna-Karkur:A renovated 55-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with shared parking and no elevator on Derekh Lemerhav St. in the center of the village was leased for NIS 3,000 per month.
