Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 130-sq.m. 4.5-room, first floor apartment with 150-sq.m. balcony with an elevator but no parking on Moshe Dayan St. in Pisgat Zeev was sold for NIS 1.77 million. A 70-sq.m., two-room, first-floor apartment with an elevator, storage room and parking on Moshe Ventura St. in Pisgat Zeev was sold for NIS 1.84 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 65-sq.m. three-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 115-sq.m. garden, with parking but no elevator on Lohamei Galippoli St. in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.14 million. A 55-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, storage room, and parking on Ha'avoda St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.6 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Rubinstein St. in Jaffa was sold for NIS 1.02 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Herzliya: A 160-sq.m. five-room house on a 322-sq.m. lot with parking and a storage room on Ussishkin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.33 million. A 96-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Menachem Ben-Sarok St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.58 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ra'anana: A renovated 108-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, balcony and parking on Hazayit St. in the 2004 neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 110-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment on Rambam St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.57 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Hadera: A 97-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Degania St. in the city center was sold for NIS 900,000. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking, elevator and balcony on Haherut Boulevard in the city center was sold for NIS 940,000. A 166-sq.m., six-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with a security room, parking and storage room on Tara"v St. in the Nahliel neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.85 million (RE/MAX-Hamikzoanim).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 150-sq.m., four-room apartment on one of the top floors of the Manhattan high-rise in Park Tzameret on Nissim Aloni St. was leased for NIS 18,500 per month. A 50-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment in Herzl St. in the Florentin neighborhood was leased for NIS 4,500 per month (Shavit-Reichental Real Estate).
Ramat Gan: A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Assaf St. was leased for NIS 5,000 per month (Tevel Properties).
