Tel Aviv: A 68-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with a 5.5-sq.m. balcony on Fierberg St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 65-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment on Yehuda Hamaccabi St. in the Old North was sold for NIS 2.32 million. A 100-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a 9-sq.m. balcony with parking and a storage room on Zaritsky St. in New Ramat Aviv was sold for NIS 3.5 million. A 76-sq.m. third floor apartment on Sir John Monash St. in Yad Eliyahu was sold for NIS 1.47 million. A 140-sq.m., five-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehuda Burla St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 4.1 million (RE/MAX-Ocean). A renovated 125-sq.m., four-room, ninth floor apartment with an elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Kehilat Saloniki St. in Neot Afek in North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.12 million.
Rehovot: A 112-sq.m. four-room, 11th floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, two covered parking places and storage room on Tzipora Tov St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 90-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and covered parking on Bustanai St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 220-sq.m. five-room house on a 600-sq.m. lot with parking and a storage room on Nahlieli St. in the Neve Amit neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 5.07 million. A 175-sq.m., five-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on Hakatif St. in the Ginot Savion neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.98 million. A 85-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hava Lutzki St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.05 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon: A 95-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment on Hagra St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 90-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Kiryat Shmona St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.41 million (RE/MAX-Avnion).
Jerusalem and environs
Beit Shemesh: A 97-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on David Raziel St. in Givat Sharet was sold for NIS 1.06 million. A 200-sq.m. five-room house on a 400-sq.m. lot with parking and a storage room on Yossi Banai St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.65 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Rentals
Hadera: A 110-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Mishmar Hagvul St. in the Park neighborhood was leased for NIS 3,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
