A 111-sq.m., 4.5-room, second floor apartment with a 17-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Hanamer St. in Malkha was sold for NIS 2.45 million. A 87-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ramat Hagolan St. in Ramat Eshkol was sold for NIS 2.47 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and shared parking on Machal St. in Maalot Dafna was sold for NIS 2 million. A 84-sq.m., 3.5-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Revadim St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 2.47 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment, with a 70-sq.m. balcony, storage room, no elevator but parking on Bar Kokhba St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 2.2 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ra'anana: A 145-sq.m. seven-room house with a garden, two separate units, on Hefetz Haim St. was sold for NIS 3.13 million (Re-MAX/ONE).
Hadera: A 110-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Trumpledor St. in the Ganei Miriam neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.11 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment on Hagiborim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 830,000. A 116-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Henrietta Szold St. in the Yoseftal neighborhood was sold for NIS 965,000. A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, no elevator and no parking on Rachash St. in the city center was sold for NIS 800,000. A 106-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, security room, and parking on Hativat Hanahal St. in the Givat Bosal neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.11 million (RE/MAX-Mikzoanim).

A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator, storage room and parking on Naomi St. in the Hadar quarter was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. A 130-sq.m., five-room, fifth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Hashoftim St. in the Hadar Quarter was leased for NIS 8,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
