Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 230-sq.m. five-room house with three bathrooms, and two balconies on Hagilboa St in Nahlaot was sold for NIS 5.75 million. A 90-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with parking and a storage room on Eliahu Lankin St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 2.49 millon. A 125-sq.m., five room, first floor apartment with covered parking on Bar Kokhba St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 2.29 million (RE/MAX-Hazon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A renovated, fully furnished 55-sq.m. two-room apartment on one of the highest floors of City Tower without parking on Menahem Begin St. near the Diamond Exchange was sold for NIS 1.64 million.

Bat Yam: A 80-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator but covered parking on Herzog St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A renovated 42-sq.m., two-room apartment on Herzog St. was sold for NIS 960,000. A 70-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment on Hahashmonaim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.15 million (RE/MAX-Avenav).

Holon: A 75-sq.m. four-room, ground floor apartment on Hahaim St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment on Yosef Aharonovich St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 965,000 (RE/MAX-Avenav).

Kfar Saba: A 132-sq.m., five-room, fourth floor apartment with a security room, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Miriam and Avraham Kaminsky St. in the Yaroka neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.37 million. A 169-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, with parking and a storage room on Nachshon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.32 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Ashdod: A 97-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator but parking on Kibbutz Galuyot St. was sold for NIS 850,000. A renovagted 170-sq.m., five-room, 12th floor apartment with two storage rooms, an elevator and two parking spaces on Hatzionut St. in the City neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 135-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and shared parking on Har Shomron St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.53 million. A 83-sq.m. renovated three room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Har Rav Kuk St. in the Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 840,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Mevasseret Zion: A 85-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony with parking but no elevator on Hermon St. in the north of the town was leased for NIS 4,000 per month. A 135-sq.m., four-room, garden apartment with a 150-sq.m. garden, storage room and two parking places on Hermon St. in the north of the town was leased for NIS 5,600 per month.
