Tel Aviv:A 79-sq.m., 3-room, first floor, renovated apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, parking and a storage room on Yaakov Hazan St. in northern Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.52 million. A 118-sq.m. 5-room, apartment with a 12-m balcony, sea view, 6-m storage room and two parking spaces on Eliyahu Berlin St. in new Gimel neighborhood in northwestern Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.8 million. (Rosio) A 73-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on HaAvoda St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.45 million. A 94 sq.m. 4-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Mazeh St. in the city center was sold for NIS 5.12 million. A 70 sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Zalman Shazar St. in Neve Ofer neighborhood in southern Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 1.15 million. (Anglo-Saxon)

Beersheva: A 130-sq.m. 5-room, seventh floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Yehuda HaLevi St. was sold for NIS 1.17 million. A 120 sq.m. 4-room, sixth floor apartment, with parking and an elevator on Nahum Gutman St. in the Neve Ze'ev neighborhood was sold for NIS 960,000. A 127 sq.m. 4-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Johanna Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.14 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, tenth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehuda HaLevi St. in the Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 930,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room, ground floor garden apartment with an elevator and parking on Dov Yosef St. in Yud Alef neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 995,000. A 80-sq.m. three-room, ninth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Alexander Yanay St. in the city center was sold for NIS 710,000. (Re/Max-Plus)

Sderot: . A 100-sq.m. four-room, garden apartment with a 200-sq.m. garden, a pergola and parking on Simha Holtzberg St. in Neot Rabin neighborhood in the northwest of the city, was sold for NIS 850,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Mivza Yonathan St., was sold for NIS 810,000. A 85 sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with a 10 sq.m. balcony with no elevator on Mikva Yisrael St. in western Sderot was sold for NIS 550,000. (Re/Max Sheli)
