A selection of recent deals in the residential real estate market.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A renovated 180-sq.m. five-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot in need of renovation on Meir Margalit St. in the Neve Afeka neighborhood of the city was sold for NIS 4.25 million. A 75-sq.m. three room, first floor apartment with elevator and parking on Steimatzky St. was sold for NIS 2.38 million.

Modi'in: A 125-sq.m. 4.5-room, third floor apartment with a 16-sq.m. balcony, elevator, two parking spaces, and storage room on Migdal Hamanora St. was sold for NIS 1.79 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with elevator, parking, storage room, and balcony on Evnei Hahoshen St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 150-sq.m. terraced house with a 45-sq.m. garden with an elevator, two parking spaces, and storage room on Rachel Imanu St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 2.34 million (Schumacher Real Estate).

Kiryat Ono: A 120-sq.m. four-room, twelfth floor apartment in a two-year old building with elevator, two parking spaces and storage room on Haduvdavan St.in the Pisgat Ha'Ono neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.06 million. A 116-sq.m. four room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces on Nahar Hayarden St. in the Ever hayarden neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 140-sq.m., five-room house needing renovation on a 240-sq.m. lot on Hatamar St. was sold for NIS 2.66 million. A 112-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, storage room and parking on Hapardes St. was sold for NIS 2.15 million.

Rentals
Modi'in: A 120-sq.m. four-room, garden apartment with a 180-sq.m. garden on Emek Zevulun St. in the Evnei Chen neighborhood in the northwest of the city was leased for NIS 5,300 per month. A 220-sq.m. six-room, semi-detached house with a basement on a 500-sq.m. lot on Yosef St. in the Shevatim neighborhood was leased for NIS 9,500. A 130-sq.m. 4.5-room, first floor apartment, with an elevator, parking and 14-sq.m. balcony on Emek Ayalon St. in the Nahalim neighborhood in the northeast of the city was leased for NIS 5,000 per month (Schumacher Real Estate).


Holon: A 65-sq.m. three room, ground floor apartment on Ha'avodah St. in the southwest of the city was leased for NIS 2,900 per month.
