Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 55-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Rachel Imanu St. in Katamon was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Bnei Betira St. in St. Simon was sold for NIS 2.25 million (RE/MAX-Hazon). A 105-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with balcony, elevator and parking on Moshe Kol St. in Ramat Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.8 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 100-sq.m. four-room, seventh floor penthouse with a 100-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Avtalion St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.18 million. A 80-sq.m. 3.5 room, first floor apartment with elevator and parking renovated as part of the Tama 38 earthquake retrofit program on Don Yosef Hanasi St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.66 million (Anglo-Saxon)

Ra'anana: A 140-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony on Haika Grossman St. in the Lev Hapark neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.29 million. A 166-sq.m. six-room, fourth floor duplex with two balconies and two parking spaces was sold for NIS 3.22 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Holon: A renovated 90-sq.m. four-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and two parking places on Kadoshei Kahir St. in Neot Rachel was sold for NIS 1.3 million.

Ramat Gan: A 70-sq.m. 3.5 room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator on Harav Landers St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.4 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa:a 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator and in need of renovation on Yitzhk Sadeh St. in the German Colony was sold for NIS 615,000. A 110-sq.m. 4.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Moshe Soroka St. in Ramat Binyan in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.77 million. A renovated 85-sq.m., 3.5-room, third and top floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Karmi St. in Old Romema was sold for NIS 1.12 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator, in need of renovation, on Oren St. in New Romema was sold for NIS 935,000. A 50-sq.m. 2.5-room, first floor apartment with parking but without an elevator on Tzarfat St. in Kiryat Shprinzak was sold for NIS 585,000.

The south

Ashdod: A 136-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Balfour St. in the Heh neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.39 million (Anglo-Saxon).
