A selection of recent deals in Israel's residential real estate market.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 90-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Ein gedi St. was sold for NIS 1.78 million (RE/MAX-100%). A 70-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hama'agal St. was sold for NIS 1.7 million.

Ramat Gan: A 50-sq.m., 2.5-room, first-floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Sara Aharonson St. was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with no elevator but parking on Ma'aleh Hatzofim St. was sold for NIS 2.02 million. A 100-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and shared parking on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.43 million. A 60-sq.m. ground flioor apartment with no parking on Moriah St. was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 90-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hacabaim St. was sold for NIS 1.62 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rishon Lezion: A 180-sq.m. six-room, ninth and tenth floor roof garden apartment with a 100-sq.m. balcony and elevator on Arbel St. was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 88-sq.m. three-room, third-floor apartment with an elevator on Karl Neter St. in the Abramovich quarter was sold for NIS 1.22 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with elevator and parking on Hama'ayan St. in the Katznelson neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.44 million (Gottlieb Properties.

Modi'in: A 120-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an 18-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, storage room and two parking places on Naftali St in the Shvatim (Buchman) neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 92-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator but with parking on Emek Ha'Ela St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.33 million (Shumacher Group Real Estate).

Hod Hasharon: A 124-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with a storage room and two parking places on Golda Meir St. in 1200 neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.02 million (RE/MAX-Hod VeHadar).

Haifa and the north
Pardes Hana Karkur: A renovated 115-sq.m., 4.5-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Asis St. in the west of the town was sold for NIS 965,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 55-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hivat Zion St. was leased for NIS 3,200 per month.
