Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 60-sq.m. 2.5-room, first floor garden apartment with 15-sq.m. garden, storage room and parking but no elevator on Meir Gershon St. in Pisgat Ze'ev was sold for NIS 973,000. A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator and in need of renovation on Sokolov St. in Talbieh was sold for NIS 1.68 million. A 67-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Ha'arazim St. in Beit HaKerem was sold for NIS 1.41 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Hasharon: A 112-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hagai St. in the Alon quarter in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.52 million. A 110-sq.m, four-room, first floor apartment with elevator and parking on Harav Averbach St. was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A renovated 90-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with elevator, parking and storage room on Ravnu Tam St. in the Hadar quarter was sold for NIS 2 million. A 135-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. sun balcony on Hashfela St. in the Alon quarter was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 141-sq.m. five-room apartment with 16-sq.m. baclnoy on Duba and Yitzhak Sheinfein St. in the Hayaroka neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 170-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor duplex with three balconies on Sheshet Hayamim St. was sold for NIS 2.33 million (RE/MAX-Hod VeHadar). A 198-sq.m. six-room, fifth floor duplex on Shoshana Damari St. in the south of the city in Kfar Saba Hayaroka was sold for NIS 2.91 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
