Ramat Gan: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Negba St. was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 150-sq.m., five-room, top-floor apartment with an elevator and parking and in need of renovation on Hacabaim St. was sold for NIS 2 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room apartment with sun balcony, elevator and parking on Rashi St. in Nahlat Ganim in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 65-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Herzl St. was sold for NIS 1.3 million (RE/MAX-Focus).

Bat Yam: A 70-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Hahalutzim St. was sold for NIS 870,000 (RE/MAX-Avnin). A 32-sq.m., one-room, eighth floor apartment with elevator and parking on Ben Gurion St. was sold for NIS 810,000. A 75-sq.m., 2.5-room, second and top floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Herzl St. was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hahagana St. was sold for Nis 1.33 million. A 82-sq.m., 3.5-room fourth and top floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yoseftal St. was sold for NIS 835,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Holon:A 80-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Jean Joures St. was sold for NIS 900,000. A 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Barkan St. in Holon Hatzira was sold for NIS 1.24 million (Anglo-Saxon). A renovated 90-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an delevator and parking on Shaar Haaryiot St. was sold for NIS 1.47 million. A 115-sq.m., five-room, seventh floor apartment with a balcony, parking and an elevator on Moshe Dayan St. was sold for NIS 1.74 million.

Kfar Saba: A 113-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ha'Emek St. was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A renovated 56-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. garden on Shaul Hamelekh St. was sold for NIS 950,000. (RE/MAX-ONE).

Ashdod: A renovated 80-sq.m. three-room, ground floor apartment on Nachum Hanavi St. was sold for NIS 960,000. A renovated 100-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with two elevators and parking on Tzionut St. was sold for NIS 1.33 million (Anglo-Saxon).
