Tel Aviv and central region
Rehovot: A 70-sq.m., 2.5-room apartment, ground floor apartment with arking but no elevator on Sderot Chen in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.17 million. A 170-sq.m., five-room, ninth floor duplex with an 80-sq.m. balcony with two parking spaces and a storage room on Prof. Yehudit Birk St. in the science neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.57 million. A 90-sq.m. three room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Yehiel Michal Pines St. in the Neve Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.19 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with elevator and parking on Hacarmel St. in the Ahuzat Hanasi neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.65 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ra'anana: A 114-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor garden apartment on Moshe Sneh St. was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A renovated 154-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a sun balcony, storage room and two parking spaces on Hasharon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.6 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Bat Yam: A renovated 65-sq.m. two-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Bayit Vegan St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 960,000. A 50-sq.m., 2.5 room first floor apartment on Weizmann St. in the Amidar neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.03 million (RE/MAX).
Haifa and the north
Hadera: A 210-sq.m., seven-room house on a 500-sq.m. lot with parking on Moshe Sharet St. in the Berndeim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Menachem Begin St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.4 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 120-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Marc Chagall St. was leased for NIS 6,750. A 90-sq.m. four room, sixth floor apartment with elevator and parking on Lea Goldberg St. in Neot Afeka was leased for NIS 7,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Gan: A 75-sq.m., three-room garden apartment on Meitar St. was leased for NIS 4,900 per month. A 50-sq.m. two room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hadad St. in the Gefen neighborhood in the north of the city was leased for NIS 3,200 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
