Tel Aviv: A 75-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hayarkon St. was sold for NIS 2.83 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator in a building designated for urban renewal on Ahi Dakar St. in Neve Sharett was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ness Ziona: A 113-sq.m. 4.5-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Moshe Lerer St. in the Argaman neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 242-sq.m. six room house on a 247-sq.m. lot with two parking spaces, a storage room and basement on Dalia St. in Neve Karmit was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 177-sq.m. 6.5-room, house on a 220-sq.m. lot with two parking spaces and a storage room on Arbel St. in Savionei Hapark in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Bat Yam: A 130-sq.m. five-room fifth floor penthouse with an 88-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Max Nordau St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.25 million. A 40-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Eilat St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 860,000. A 68-sq.m. 2.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haneviim St. was sold for NIS 870,000. A 95-sq.m., three-room, third and top floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Klausner St. was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 68-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hasar Shapira St. was sold for NIS 1.27 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 55-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment on Tchernokovsky St. was sold for NIS 890,000 (RE-MAX).
Holon: A renovated 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hatzfira St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 910,000. A renovated 75-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no apartment on Don Yosef Hanasi St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.21 million. A 70-sq.m. 2.5-room, third floor with no elevator and no parking on Arie Schenker St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.04 million (RE-MAX).
