Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 127-sq.m. five-room, garden apartment with a 17-sq.m. balcony and 180-sq.m. garden with a storage room, and parking but no elevator on Shmarayahu Halevin St. in Kiryat Yoval was sold for NIS 2.3 million. A 72-sq.m., three-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 29-sq.m. garden with no parking on Hamechanechet St. in Gilo was sold for NIS 1.29 million. A 59-sq.m., three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Shahal St. in Givat Mordechai was sold for NIS 1.26 million. A 135-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment in the Holyland project with a 20-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Avraham Fererra St. was sold for NIS 2.92 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 127-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a balcony and storage room on Adam St. in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 270-sq.m., six-room house with three balconies and a basement on Tzipori St. in Nahlaot was sold for NIS 6.75 million. A 75-sq.m., four-room garden apartment on Alexander Rovovitch was sold for NIS 1.21 million (RE-MAX Hazon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 96-sq.m. three-room, second floor with an elevator but no parking on Philadelphia St. in Neve Sharet was sold for NIS 2.08 million. A 95-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Antokolsky St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.3 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 217-sq.m. six-room apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony, with two parking spaces on Bilu St. was sold for NIS 2.99 million.

Ness Ziona: A 134-sq.m., 5.5-room fifth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and double parking space on Galim St. was sold for NIS 2.22 million. A 115-sq.m. five room, first floor apartment with a balcony, elevator, storage room and parking on Haofek St. in the Lev Hamoshava neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 164-sq.m., six-room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces and a storage room but no elevator on Hatabor St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera: A 102-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yitzhak Ben Zvi St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 810,000. A 110-sq.m. four room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Haherut Boulevard was sold for NIS 920,000. A 63-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hativa Golani St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 550,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 210-sq.m. five-room house with a 60-sq.m. roof surface in Shikun Dan was leased for NIS 10,000 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
