Jerusalem and environs
Beit Shemesh: A 116-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Simtat Wizo in the Ramat Lehi neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 86-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on David Raziel St. was sold for NIS 920,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 72-sq.m. three-room apartment with sun balcony and elevator on Smuts St. in Old North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.95 million.
Holon: A 120-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor garden apartment with an 80-sq.m. roof area with an elevator and parking on Hatomer St. was sold for NIS 1.94 million. A 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Schenker St. was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 45-sq.m., 2.5-room, ground floor apartment on Eilat St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 900,000. A 85-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with shared parking and no elevator on Alufei Tzahal St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.21 million. A 75-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with shared parking and no elevator on Hahistadrut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.13 million (RE-MAX).
Bat Yam: A 70-sq.m. wood house on a 220-sq.m. lot on Havatzelet Hasharon St. was sold for NIS 1.03 million, down from the asking price of NIS 1.25 million (Psagot). A 85-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no parking and no elevator on Herzl St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.11 million. A renovated 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator on Hahashmonaim St. was sold for NIS 1.16 million (RE-MAX).
Netanya: A 105-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Megorei Haim Cohen St. in Neve Shaked was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 107-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on A.D. Gordon St. was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 106-sq.m., four room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Rishon Lezion St. was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 117-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor seafront apartment with elevator and parking, needing renovation, on Nitza Boulevard was sold for NIS 1.73 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 75-sq.m. two-and-a-half-room, ground floor apartment with an exit to the yard but no parking on Shilo St. was leased for NIS 4,300 per month.
Northern region
Safed: A 60-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Mordechai Anilevich St. in the south of the city was leased for NIS 1,800 per month (Tivuch Sofer).
