Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 96-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Aluf Hanitzahon St. was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 107-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Beit Hillel St. was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 87-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Beitlehem St. was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 140-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor penthouse with a 70-sq.m. roof balcony, elevator and parking on Yeda Am St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Hasharon: A 158-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony, elevator, two parking spaces and storage room on Hashfela St. in the Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 120-sq.m., 4.5-room, second floor apartment with an elevator, and parking on Mordechai St. in the Hadar neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.45 million. A 150-sq.m. five-room house in need of renovation on a 310-sq.m. lot on Sinai St. was sold for NIS 4.3 million (Miri Ofek).

Modi'in: A 87-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with a 11-sq.m. balcony and parking but no elevator on Hativat Alexandroni St. in the Hamaginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 146-sq.m. five-room, ground floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, parking but no elevator on Nahal Ga'aton St. in the Nahalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.91 million. A 120-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with three balconies, parking but no elevator on Tachelet St. in western section of the Evnei Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.92 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 137-sq.m. 4.5-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony but no elevator on Hillel Yafe St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.02 million.

Rentals
Hadera: A 130-sq.m. five-room, ninth floor penthouse with an elevator, parking and, security room, 70-sq.m. balcony, and 10-sq.m. storage room on Nahal perat St. in the Denya neighborhood in the north of the city was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. A 120-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking, elevator, security room, and 5-sq.m. storage room on Menachem Begin Boulevard in Givat Olga was leased for NIS 4,150 per month. A 120-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment with parking, elevator, security room, 5-sq.m. storage room, and 12-sq.m. balcony on Hayasour St. in Givat Olga was leased for NIS 8,260 per month (RE-MAX/MIKSOANIM).
