Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 86-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Keren Hayesod St. in Talbieh was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 45-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Frederic Chopin St. in Talbeh was sold for NIS 1.69 million. A 69-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 7-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking on Haneviim St. was sold for NIS 1.64 million (Anglo-Saxon). A renovated 135-sq.m., five-room, fourth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two covered parking places on Israel Zangwill St. in Bayit Vegan was sold for NIS 2.62 million (Eliezer Even).
Mevasseret Zion: A 230-sq.m., seven-room house with a 313-sq.m. garden and balcony on Saadia HaGaon St. was sold for NIS 2.65 million.
Tel Aviv & Central region
Tel Aviv: A 62-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator on Shalom Esh St. in Hadar Yosef was sold for NIS 1.6 million.

Hadera: A 148-sq.m., five-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking and a security room on Golda Meir St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 170-sq.m. six-room house on a 408-sq.m. lot with parking and a security room on Epstein St. in Neve haim in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 105-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking, an elevator and security room, balcony and storage room on Hativa Golani St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 121-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking, a security room, elevator, and balcony on Alexander Boulevard in the Nissan neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A 106-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Rothschild Boulevard in the city center was sold for NIS 735,000. A 130-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor apartment with parking, an elevator, 10-sq.m. balcony, security room and storage room on Hanaval St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.27 million (RE-MAX-Miksoanim).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 60-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hayarden St. was leased for NIS 3,100 per month (RE-MAX/Focus).
