Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 130-sq.m. five-room apartment with no parking and no elevator on Chorgin St. was sold for NIS 2.25 million. A 36-sq.m., two-room apartment with an elevator and parking on Arlozorov St. was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 100-sq.m., 4.5-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Arlozorov St. was sold for MIS 1.73 million (RE-MAX/FOCUS)

Kfar Saba: A partly renovated129-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment on Hacarmel St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.6 million. A renovated119-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment on Tel Hai St. was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A renovated135-sq.m., four room, fourth floor apartment with a sun balcony, security room, storage room, two covered parking places, on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.92 million (RE-MAX-ONE).

Modi'in: A 120-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with a balcony and parking but no elevator on Emek Beit Shean St. in the Maginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 157-sq.m., six-room, first floor duplex garden apartment with a 270-sq.m. garden, with parking but no elevator on Dafna St. in Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.68 million. A 98-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Netz Hahalv St. in the Prachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.54 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Bat Yam: A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor, with parking but no elevator on Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.34 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yoseftal St. was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 70-sq.m., 3.5 room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yoseftal St. was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A 68-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Jerusalem St. was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A renovated 90-sq.m., 3.5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Eli Cohen St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.12 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 120-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony, elevator, storage room and parking on Hahayil St. in French Hill was leased for NIS 5,400 per month.
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 100-sq.m. three-room apartment on a high floor overlooking the sea with an 11-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Avraham Boyer St. in North Ramat Aviv was leased for 10,500 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 65-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sokolov St. was leased for NIS 4,800 per month (RE-MAX/FOCUS).
