Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 230-sq.m. five-room house with three bathrooms, a basement and two balconies on Hagilboa St. in Nachlaot was sold for NIS 5.77 million. A 150-sq.m., six-room house on Korazin St. in Nachlaot was sold for NIS 3.2 million (RE/MAX-Hazon).


Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 98-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 9-sq.m. balcony, two parking spaces and storage room on Yuval Neeman St. in the Lamed neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.89 million

Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut: A 150-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with a 16-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, Sabbath elevator, storage room, two covered parking spaces, and double kitchen on Yigal Yadin St. in the Maginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.02 million. A 160-sq.m. five room, 18th floor apartment with an elevator, storage room, 40-sq.m. balcony and two covered parking spaces on Hativa Harel St. in the Maginim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.58 million (Shumacher Real Estate Group).

Lod: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with two elevators and a parking space on Dakar St. in the eastern part of the city was sold for NIS 915,000. A 96-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on David Hamelekh St. in the city center was sold for NIS 790,000. A 75-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Kadoshei Kehilat Zurich in the city center was sold for NIS 615,000. A 140-sq.m. 4.5 room, second-floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Tzabar St. in the Neve Zayit neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 74-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no parking on San Martin St. in the Ben Gurion neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 800,000. A 75-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator but with parking on Jerusalem Boulevard in the city center was sold for NIS 720,000. A 83-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on David Hamelekh St. in the city center was sold for NIS 685,000 (Anglo-Saxon)

Hadera: A 170-sq.m., six-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with a storage room, security room, and parking on Hahulit St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 84-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment on Hillel Yaffa St. in the city center was sold for NIS 825,000. A 110-sq.m. 3.5-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Yitzhak Ben Zvi St. was sold for NIS 720,000. A 65-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator, security room, storage room, and 5-sq.m. balcony on Hahasida St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 730,000 (RE/Max-Mikzoanim).
