Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 75-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Aravei Nahal St. was sold for NIS 1.57 million (Tevel Properties). A 65-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment on Korkidi St. in the Tel Kabir neighborhood was sold for NIS 945,000 (RE/MAX-Ocean). A 115-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Gordon St. at the corn of Ruppin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 4.86 million.

Ramat Gan: A 91-sq.m. four-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator, parking and security room on Abba Hillel St. was sold for NIS 1.92 million (RE/MAX-Focus). A 65-sq.m., three-room third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Arlozorov St. was sold for NIS 1.17 million. A 35-sq.m., one-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Arlozorov St. was sold for NIS 800,000 (Tevel Properties).

Modi'in: A 110-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking places on Cheshvan St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 140-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with a 55-sq.m. balcony, with parking but no elevator on Emek Hadud St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.78 million. A 166-sq.m. , 5.5-room, duplex garden apartment with an 80-sq.m. garden with parking but no elevator on Shivtei Yisrael St. in the Shvatim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.74 million. A 110-sq.m., three-room apartment with parking but no elevator on Migdal David St. in the Nahalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.48 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 94-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator on Harav Herzog St. in the city center was sold for NIS 820,000. A 125-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, security room, elevator and parking on Nitzanim st. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 58-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Michael Hazni St. was sold for NIS 530,000. A 87-sq.m., three-room, third-floor apartment with no elevator on Hanasi St. in the city center was sold for NIS 710,000 (RE/MAX-MIKTZOANIM)

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 120-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment on Sokolov St. in the Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 830,000. A 60-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment on Avraham Avinu St. in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 520,000 (RE/MAX-Plus).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 30-sq.m. one and a half room garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. garden on Salk St. in the Ramat Yitzhak neighborhood was leased for NIS 2,900 per month. A 25-sq.m. one-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Arnon St. in the Neve Yehoshua neighborhood was leased for NIS 2,800 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
