Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 54-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment on Shirizli St. in Nahlaot was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 85-sq.m., four-room, garden apartment on Yigal Alon St. in Ramot Bet in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment on Hezkiyahu Hamelekh St. in the Katamon neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.3 million (RE/MAX-Hazon).
Beit Shemesh: A 120-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Rabi Yanai St. in the Nofei Hashemesh neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 74-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harakefet St. in Givat Sharet was sold for NIS 880,000. A 80-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hashiva St. in Ramat Lehi in the north of the city was sold for NIS 800,000. A 60-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harambam St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 710,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking. The apartment, which is in need of renovation, on Naharaim St. in Neve Sharet was sold for NIS 1.85 million.

Kfar Saba: A 130-sq.m., five-room semi-detached house with a 130-sq.m. garden on Hashahar St. was sold for NIS 2.67 million. A 174-sq.m., six-room, semi-detached house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a 140-sq.m. garden on Emek Zevulun St. in the Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.08 million. A 190-sq.m. six-room, semi-detached house on a 315-sq.m. lot on Bekat Ramon St. in the Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 70-sq.m. three-room, fifth floor apartment on Yefe Nof St. in the southern neighborhood was sold for NIS 490,000. A 55-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a balcony on Lohamei Hagetaot St. in the southern neighborhood was sold for NIS 490,000 (Tivuch Sofer).

Rentals
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 93-sq.m, four-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Nissim Harpaz St. in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 6,500 per month. A 78-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Pirchei Chen St. in Ramat Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 3,950 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Modi'in: A 140-sq.m., four-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 50-sq.m. garden with covered parking on Admonit St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was leased for NIS 4,900 per month. A 128-sq.m., four-rom, ground floor garden apartment with a 30-sq.m. garden with parking on Shmuel Hanavi St. in the Haneviim neighborhood was leased for NIS 5,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
