Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 110-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Avraham Ferrera St. in the Holyland project was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 62-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Habosem St. in the Gilo neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 81-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hamachteret St. in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 1.22 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a 30-sq.m. balcony with no elevator and no parking on Mevo Dov Harari St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 2.1 million (Ango-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A renovated 107-sq.m. four-room garden apartment with an elevator but no parking, and 80-sq.m. garden on Favrigat St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.74 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Zeev Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.04 million (RE/MAX-Focus).

Pardes Hanna:A renovated 60-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator but parking on Derekh Lmerchav St. was sold for NIS 585,000. A 165-sq.m., 5.5-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with no parking on Sapir St. in the Pirchei Hadar neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 70-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment on Lohamei Hagetaot St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 650,000. A 55-sq.m., three-room apartment in a renovated building on Lohamei Hagetaot St. was sold for NIS 460,000 (Tivuch Sofer).

Beersheva and the south
Ashkelon: A 108-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Maaleh Hagat St. in Ramat Kramim in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 80-sq.m., four-room house on a 400-sq.m. lot with parking on Menashe St. in the Givat Zion neighborhood in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.35 million (Anglo-Saxon)

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: a 111-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Herzl St. in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 7,120 per month. A 130-sq.m. five room, first floor apartment with a 7-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Herzl St. in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 7,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 50-sq.m., two-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. covered sun balcony on Levontin St. in the city center was leased for NIS 6,000 per month.
