A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel including in Jerusalem, Mevasseret Zion, Netanya, Hod Hasharon and Beersheva.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Hod Hasharon: A 200-sq.m. five-room house on a 260-sq.m. lot with parking on Kokhavan St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.15 million. A 67-sq.m., three-room house on a 480-sq.m. lot with parking on Eilat St. in the Gil Amal neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 180-sq.m., five-room house on a 310-sq.m. lot with parking on Shahal St. in the Hapoel Mizrachi neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.53 million. A 150-sq.m., six-room, tenth floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony, elevator, storage room and parking on Weizmann St. in Mitcham 200 in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.75 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 125-sq.m., 4.5-room, fifth floor roof apartment on Geula St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.9 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Netanya: A 108-sq.m. four-room, seventh floor apartment in need of renovation on Hen Boulevard in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 90-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Hashiliah St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 630,000. A 60-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment on Shaul Hamelekh St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 570,000. A 127-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator on Yitzhak Shatal St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, ninth floor apartment with an elevator on Alexander Yanai St. in the Dalet neighborhood was sold for NIS 738,000. A 128-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator on Fierberg St. in Neve Zeev in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million (RE/MAX-Plus).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 97-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, 6-sq.m. storage room, elevator and parking on Korei Hadorot St. in the Arnona neighborhood was leased for NIS 6,100 per month. A 73-sq.m. 2.5-room, ninth floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, 6-sq.m. storage room, elevator and parking on Hanasi Hashishi St. by Binyanei Ha'uma was leased for NIS 6,300 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Mevasseret Zion: A 101-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with a 20-sq.m balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Hahermon St. in the north of the town was leased for NIS 4,600 per month. (Anglo-Saxon). A 172-sq.m., 5.5-room house with a 50-sq.m. garden and 20-sq.m. parking area on Hapalmach St. in the southern part of the town was leased for NIS 5,750 per month.
