Tel Aviv: A 170-sq.m., five-room, fifth and sixth floor penthouse with a 100-sq.m. balcony, storage room, personal elevator, and two parking spaces on hamelitz St. near Dizengoff Center was sold for NIS 8.8 million.
Kfar Saba: A 153-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Zlavensky St. in the Yaroka neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.32 million. A renovated 113-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.32 million. A 80-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking on David Hamelekh St. in the Yoseftal neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.23 million (RE/MAX-ONE). A renovated 105-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking on Emek Zevulun St. in the hadarim neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment in need of renovation with an elevator and parking on Giborei Yisrael St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Domos Market Place).
Rehovot A 114-sq.m., five-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Bustanai St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 125-sq.m., 5.5-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Tzipora Tov St. in the Neve Yehuda neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on S. Ben Zion St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 104-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Harav Yaakov Berman St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Ashdod: A renovated 206-sq.m., six-room, 14th floor duplex with a 30-sq.m. balcony, storage room, parking and elevator on Hahalutzim St. in the city neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 179-sq.m. seven-room house on three floors with a 160-sq.m. garden and parking on Hagra from Vilna St. in the Tet neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.4 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ness Ziona: A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Herzl St. was leased for NIS 3,500 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hairusim St. in the Neve Karmit neighborhood was leased for NIS 3,800 per month.
Beersheva and southern region
Arad: A 180-sq.m., six-room, semi-detached house on a 250-sq.m. lot with covered parking on Ephroni St. was leased for NIS 3,750 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
