Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 110-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony on Dvora Hanevia St. in the Revivim neighborhood in north Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 105-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony on Amichai Feiglin St. in the New Gimmel neighborhood in northwest Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.7 million. A 104-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with a 9-sq.m. balcony on David Avidan St. in the Mashtala neighborhood in northeast Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 150-sq.m. seventh floor penthouse with a 120-sq.m. balcony on Yaakov Meridor St. in the Tel Baruch neighborhood in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 6 million (Ofek Real Estate).

Ramat Gan: A 64-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Krenitzki St. was sold for NIS 1.33 million (RE/MAX-100%). A 105-sq.m., four-room penthouse with a 40-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Radak St. was sold for NIS 2.58 million (French Real Estate). A 112-sq.m. five-room, eleventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Evnei Hahoshen St. was sold for NIS 2.28 million (RE/MAX-Focus).

Lod: A 65-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Struma St. in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 450,000. A 78-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Rabbi Akiva St. in the city center was sold for NIS 820,000. A 54-sq.m., two-room fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Rachel Alter St. in the Hisachon G neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 600,000. A 75-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on San Martin St. in the Ben Gurion neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 795,000. A 70-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shderot David Hamelekh in the city center was sold for NIS 660,000 (Anglo-Saxon)

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 127-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment on Yitzhak Shtahl St. in the Ramot neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, ninth floor apartment on Alexander Yanai St. in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 738,000. A 128-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment on feierberg St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.05 million (RE/MAX-Plus).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 35-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment on Wiesel St. in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 4,000 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 85-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Harav Hava Eliyahu St. was leased for NIS 3,700 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
